Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Estimator in our Newcastle team, your role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy. You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested.

What do we need from you?

As the ideal candidate you will have proven experience as a Senior Estimator within our chosen markets, as well as proven experience of managing the tender process across multiple schemes for a range of values (£3m and above). Experience in Cost Planning would be advantageous, as well as holding a relevant degree or other recognised construction qualification. We will, however, consider candidates with significant experience in an estimating role.
