Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge

Business Unit: Construction - Regional Build - Eastern and Midlands

Contract: Permanent, full time


Kier?Eastern are recruiting for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the passionate team in our?Cambridge?office. With our diverse portfolio of projects, we are looking for a Senior Estimator who has a passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a good and healthy team environment. We understand this approach is essential to ensure quality finished projects within budget and on time for our clients. You will be working on a portfolio of projects ranging from education to commercial, leisure, healthcare in the value of £5m - £60m.


Key Responsibilities

This role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy. You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested. ?

You will be degree qualified, have similar project sector experience and good technical construction knowledge. ?
