Senior FF&E Designer Job in Richmond, Greater London

Senior FF&E Designer job available with a luxury residential developer based in Richmond, Greater London. My client has a growing portfolio of luxury residential projects across London and is looking for an experienced FF&E Designer with a background in high-end residential design to join their team on a full-time basis. Offering a salary of up to £55,000.

The practice work on development projects in prime and super-prime locations in London, with a growing portfolio currently valued at approximately £70m this studio has a solid understanding and experience within the luxury sector. The role will see you working alongside a talented team of designers and leading FF&E projects across all stages, including the creation of schedules, costings, specifications, procurement, and basic CAD work for layouts and bespoke furniture design.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To produce concept designs and mood boards
  • FF&E selection, specification, and costings
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Assist with designing of bespoke pieces and space planning
  • Liaise directly with clients, including presenting concepts
  • Lead project installations and dressing
  • Creation of basic floor plans/furniture layouts in AutoCAD and bespoke furniture design
  • Manage the procurement and logistics process for FF&E products, off-the-shelf and bespoke.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and EstiMac/EstiPC
  • Proven background in FF&E design, 5+ years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers
  • Experience working across all stages from concept to completion
  • Procurement and installation experience.
