Your Role in the Venture Capital World
Be part of our client's team as a Senior Fund Accountant and support day-to-day fund accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, and operational processes. You'll provide essential support directly to the CFO while expanding your expertise in venture capital and real estate finance.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA candidate preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, fund administration, or investment management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and investment/fund accounting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams
What You'll Do
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Assist fund administrators with monthly/quarterly fund workpapers, reconciliations, and expense allocations
- Prepare financial statements, partner allocations, and capital account statements
- Support quarterly and annual investor reports and K-1 packages
- Monitor cash balances, prepare forecasts, and process payments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reimbursements and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate general ledgers
Investor Relations Support
- Prepare and review capital call and distribution notices
- Assist with LP communications and respond to ad hoc investor requests
- Support subscription process during new fund launches
- Coordinate data requests for investor diligence and questionnaires
- Review quarterly NAV and allocation packages under CFO supervision
- Collect and organize portfolio company financials and performance metrics
- Liaise with external auditors, tax professionals, and fund administrators
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for fund operations
