Job Title: Senior GIS Technical Administrator
Location: Exeter, this will be based out of our office with home working available
Salary: £25k-£30k FTE + Pension + Benefits

We are now recruiting for a Senior GIS Technical Administrator to join our Highways team to provide leadership and supervision to the STATS team
Key Responsibilities
As Senior GIS Technical Administrator, you will provide analysis and processing of data from all areas of the business and display outcomes in a meaningful and understandable way, such as on maps, graphs, charts and spreadsheets. Work with the GIS department to deliver cutting-edge data solutions to the business. Digitise all asset data onto Kier GIS systems and export to various formats when required. You will plan and adjust team workload to ensure project timescales are met.
Motivate, coach and train the team helping to provide a positive and productive work environment. Help in the GIS and data management and offer back-office support functions as required. Assist in the maintenance of GIS and asset data and offer support functions. Working with the GIS department, assist in the advancement of GIS and supported solutions to the wider business, to drive increased value and efficiencies. Provide a dedicated GIS resource for the GIS Development and STATS Team
We are seeking candidates who:
- Hold a high level of IT competency, experience with all Microsoft Office packages and spreadsheets
- Can use ESRI ArcGIS and build online web applications through AGOL
- Are able to translate end user requirements into working solutions
- Can import and export various data formats
- Hold high attention to detail
- Build Geodatabases, associated domains and correctly formatted attribute sets
- Possess sound written and oral communication skills, as well as confident presentation skills
