Location: Exeter
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £30k - £32.5k + Pension + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Senior GIS Technical Administrator, you'll undertake all GIS projects and workflows as directed by the GIS development Team Leader. Provide analysis and processing of data from all areas of the business and display outcomes in meaningful and understandable ways, such as on maps, graphs, charts and spreadsheets.
Your day to day will include:
- Digitise all asset data onto Kier GIS systems and export to various formats when required.
- You will plan and adjust team workload to ensure project timescales are met.
- Motivate, coach and train the team helping to provide a positive and productive work environment.
- Help in the GIS and data management and offer back-office support functions as required
- Ensure extremely high accuracy of all data that you are a custodian of
This role of Senior GIS Technical Administrator is great for you if you have:
- High level of IT competency, experience with Microsoft Office packages and spreadsheets
- Experience using ESRI ArcGIS and AGOL and other GIS systems
- Knowledge of highway networks and associated assets
