Senior HR Advisor - Temporary Contract

We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor with experience gained in managing HR projects. You will be highly organised and be able to manage a number of project activities effectively whilst ensuring the day-to-day operation of HR is effectively meeting business requirements. Previous HR team experience is crucial as well as the passion to identify areas of improvement and adopt best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organisational development and design projects
  • Managing large employee data sets and producing management reports
  • The effective implementation of all agreed HR KPIs
  • Performance management systems development and control
  • Employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and improvements
  • Develop strategies and initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Reward projects and salary benchmarking
  • General HR administration
  • Support the development of competitive reward and benefit structures

About you:

  • A degree or qualified by experience
  • CIPD qualification would be advantageous
  • Understanding of all areas within the HR function
  • Previous experience as an HR advisor or officer from within a commercial environment
  • A good understanding of UK employment law and best practice
  • Highly organised, great time management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Coaching skills - you will be seen as a mentor within the function
  • You must be comfortable in offering advice to both your peers and junior employees
