We are looking for two Senior hsbCAD Designers to join a mass volume modular house manufacturer who has recently opened a brand-new factory in Derby. With massive growth plans over the next coming years, this is a fantastically exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
:: To develop HsbCAD models, associated details and libraries for the modules that deliver the architectural ambitions of the business in a way that is both designed for manufacture and buildable.
:: To work with the R&D department and structural engineers to aid continual improvement of manufacturing and construction details.
:: Work within a strong industry focused technical team


Who are we looking to speak to?
:: Relevant qualifications in Engineering/Building/Architectural Technology or Construction related
:: Excellent knowledge of HSBCad and technical drawing
:: Be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years usage of hsbCAD within the construction or manufacturing industries
:: Excellent understanding of AutoCAD and IT skills
:: Knowledge and understanding of timber frame design is highly desirable
:: Experience of documents control and BIM desirable
:: Understanding and use of Revit and Inventor design programs is highly desirable
