Senior Land Manager Job in Middlesex
My client has a Senior Land Manager job available in their Middlesex office. This top 10 house builder are looking to speak to experienced Senior Land Managers or Land Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
As the successful Senior Land Manager, you'll be tasked with identifying new land opportunities across Middlesex, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. This busy region delivers around 600 units per year.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying land opportunities
- Negotiating terms for the acquisition
- Prepare and submit land approval packs
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
- Manage the offer process
- Support the Land Director and Regional Managing Director
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Experienced in land buying in the region
- Previously worked for a housebuilder
- Proven track record of completed land deals
What you get back
