Senior Land Manager Job in Somerset
I have a Senior Land Manager job with a regional house builder in the South West.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Land Manager to join a regional house builder in the South West, currently building around 160 units per year with growth plans to build circa 250 homes in 2023. As the successful candidate, you'll be tasked with pro-actively sourcing and buying sites across Devon and Somerset, ideally looking for opportunities along the M5 corridor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying land opportunities
- Negotiating terms for the acquisition
- Prepare and submit land approval packs
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
- Manage the offer process
- Support the Land & Planning Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Experienced in land buying in the region
- Previously worked for a housebuilder
- Proven track record of completed land deals.
What you get back
- £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
- Generous bonus per site
- £6,500 car allowance.
