Senior Landscape Architect Job in Chelmsford

Our client has a new Senior Landscape Architect job available. The role would see you taking a lead role in the Landscape team working closely with Urban Designers and Planners on a number of large-scale residential developments.

Based in the city centre the practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years. They now work with several of the largest names in residential development in the UK. The practice has a portfolio that ranges from one-off bespoke homes to large-scale of residential developments.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on the production drawing packages
  • Take a lead role in the running of projects of residential developments between 50 to 5000 homes
  • Working on the planning process of projects
  • Communication with clients and external teams
  • Supporting junior members of the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 3-year UK project experience
  • Experience on UK residential projects is essential
  • Ability to manage the planning process
  • Experience working at or with a housing developer would be highly beneficial
  • Experience in using AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Revit experience would be beneficial.
