Our client is a global building consultancy who due to a number of new projects is seeking to a Senior Landscape Architect to join its team NEAR Southampton. This role offers an interesting mix of projects working directly with the local communities and offers the successful applicant an excellent benefits package and career progression.

This global firm has over 40 UK offices and is a growing company with over 5000 employees. The Southampton landscape team is made up of 12 people and they work closely with local authorities on several projects in the region. Other project sectors include education, retail, mixed use, industrial and residential.

Due to continued success they are now recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Management of small to medium sized projects from initial commencement to completion
  • Contributing to large scale and strategic projects
  • Speaking directly with clients
  • Working on the production of initial concept and detailed designs drawings
  • Production of reports
  • Visiting site.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Charted Landscape Architect with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential
  • Experience in working in the life cycle of a project
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
