£22,000 - £25,000 Basic / £40K - £45K OTE
My client is a well-established, independent agency and market leaders in Palmers Green. They are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in north London.
This a great opportunity for someone with strong lettings and valuation experience to hit the ground running and continue to build their lettings portfolio.
Duties
- Register applicants, building rapport and learning their key requirements.
- To arrange, attend and conduct property viewings.
- Continue to grow a Lettings portfolio.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
- Strong understanding on the current market with the ability to give prospect Landlords up-to-date valuations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in Lettings
- To be able to hit and exceed targets
- Self-motivation
- The ability to build rapport and bring on new clients.
- Strong experience in valuations
- To have your own car and driving license
Hours: 9:00 - 19:00 Mon-Fri / Saturday 9am-5pm (5-day week (work every Saturday, day off in lieu)
