Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a large, established independent estate agency based in Essex, who are passionate about providing a truly personal service to their clients. They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team, in Colchester. This is a great opportunity with fantastic progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure property listings.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Work closely with potential tenants to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the lettings industry is essential.
  • Confident, outgoing, and competitive with excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn in-house software.
  • A full UK driving license.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary between £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Additional earnings through a company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and financial incentives, offering a realistic OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.

Hours of Work:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a weekday off.
  • Branch hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
