Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, independent agency based in SE London looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients on rental properties
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions, ensuring optimal agreements for both landlords and tenants
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the London/Greater London property market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business success
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the property industry to provide informed advice to clients

Salary:
- Basic: £20,000 per annum
- OTE- £48K OTE
- Additional benefits: Car Allowance of £400 per month
