Job Description As a
Senior Manager of Data Analytics & AI, you'll lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design enterprise-level AI strategies, build predictive models, and deliver transformative insights that shape key business decisions across global functions.

The Qualifications We Seek Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
Required Experience
8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics in a business setting
Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
Required Certifications
Preferred: Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Cloud (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Certified Machine Learning)
Other Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing AI/ML projects from conception to deployment
Expertise in analytics and AI tools (Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Power BI/Tableau Expertise: Ability to build dashboards, visualize data, and create interactive reports
Strong knowledge of data governance, engineering, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible data use strongly preferred

AI Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement an enterprise AI roadmap that aligns with business objectives. Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across multiple functions.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary analytics team delivering high-impact projects.
Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Oversee the development of predictive models, ML algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements and communicate data-driven insights.
Data Governance & Quality: Uphold data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of emerging technologies, enhance analytics capabilities, and promote workflow automation.
Timeliness: Manage multiple priorities, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.
Analytics Infrastructure: Oversee scalable analytics and AI adoption frameworks.
Thought Leadership: Champion innovation, mentor emerging data professionals, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Performance Tracking: Ensure all analytics and AI initiatives meet defined KPIs for accuracy, reliability, and impact.
