Senior M&E Project Manager

A leading FM contractor with contracts within Data Centres, Finance and Offices have a key requirement for an experienced Senior Project Manager to run and oversee and control M&E projects ranging from £50K -£500K in and around the city both open tenders and current clients Paid £65k-£75K.

The successful Senior M&E Project Manager will:

  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be quoting on remedial works and replacements of faulty M&E/ HVAC systems
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of new large projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, Contract's managers and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from concept to completion
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be covering Projects in and around the city of London
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be competent to compile projects reports and keep the client updated with the projects progress
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be paid up to £75K basic + bonus + 25 days holiday + package

To qualify as the successful Senior M&E Project Manager

  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be experienced in quoting and managing installations and remedial works on M&E / HVAC and associated plant and equipment
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will have a qualification within M&E NVQ Level 2 at a minimum
  • Senior M&E Project Manager with IOSH would be an advantage
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Central London
  • Senior M&E Project Manager will be a strong presence on site

Senior M&E Project Manager - Up to £75k basic dependent on experience + bonus + package
