Contract: Permanent, full time.

Key Responsibilities

The role will report to a MEP Project Manager and have full responsibility for the delivery of the mechanical services supported by an electrical biased colleague with further responsibilities for management and control of off-site manufacture production, logistics and installation. There will be additional responsibility for sectional external mechanical services distribution across the project.

What?do?we need from you??

The successful candidate will hold relevant industry qualifications with a minimum of SMSTS (or equivalent) SHE qualification, demonstratable experience in people management, Programme and Sequence management, and in safe control of mechanical systems. You should also be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in digital construction methods BIM & Field tools, commercial awareness and risk management
