We're looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join Kier Construction within our Mechanical & Electrical KME business unit

Location: Oxford

Contract: Permanent, full time.

Responsibilities

Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its highly successful custodial delivery team. The added benefit of being part of Kier is that we are at the forefront of Technology, using Modern Methods of Construction (MMoC), while setting Social and Sustainable standards. Responsibilities include;

  • Focusing on the commercial and preconstruction functions of the KME business to deliver projects in accordance with the commercial standards
  • You will deliver on objectives set and support team members in delivering their objectives reporting to the senior commercial and operation staff regarding the project.
  • Ideally experience within a similar role within the construction industry
Who are we looking for?

  • You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying
  • You will understand the importance of risk management and have the ability to add value to the project.
