I'm representing a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a thriving presence in Birmingham, now looking for an MRICS-qualified Senior Building Surveyor to take a central role in delivering projects for some of the UK's most recognisable property owners.
This isn't a static role - it's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, wants more autonomy, and is ready to step up into a position with genuine progression potential.

What you'll need:
- MRICS status (or very close to achieving it)
- Experience in a consultancy or client-side role covering commercial property portfolios
- Strong communication skills - you'll be the trusted voice clients rely on
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commercial mindset
- UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
