The ideal Senior Office Manager will provide an effective and efficient administration service, sound cost management and report within deadlines. Duties will also include the running of month end cost reports, action accruals and journals where required. Crucial parts of the position will include assisting with formulation of information/backup requests from the client and plant/vehicle timesheet entry. Furthermore the individual would provide logistical & low value procurement (materials, plant & labour) via ECM/Causeway orders & purchase cards, along with receipting of goods & services into Causeway via goods received notes/timesheets.

What do we need from you to be successful in this role?

  • Previous experience managing Finance Administrators
  • Substantial knowledge in a related/closely related field
  • Proven track record of producing and monitoring budgets to identify anomalies
  • Invoice query management knowledge
  • Understanding of how to deal with local IT/facilities issues
