We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Telecoms team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities.

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire - Work from home opportunities

Contract: Permanent, full time

Salary: £75k - £85k depending on experience

Responsibilities

As Senior Operations Manager, your aim of the role is to fulfil the pipeline of contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross profit and customers' satisfaction. To implement the divisional strategy and all group policies including those for SHE and risk management.

Your day to day will include:


  • Achieve the annual budgets for revenue, overhead costs, and the planned gross profit on projects
  • Lead, manage and motivate the area managers and staff and establish their full commercial contribution to the organisation
  • Spot opportunities and support the generation of tenders and winning of contracts
