Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Hard Services Team, supporting them in various areas.
Your day to day will include:
- Overseeing the direction and management of operational business streams, ensuring good profitability and the delivery of business plans in a timely and efficient manner
- Active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company strategy and driving profit targets
- Developing effective client and partner relationships in order to identify and secure profitable work within the client base or scope of a contract to meet business growth targets
- Providing significant contribution to the development of the business plan, its regular review and the growth of the business
- Achieving high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to partnership development
This role of Senior Operations Manager is great for you if you:
- Competency in the inner workings of commercial premises and able to articulate themselves well as the role is client facing to include regular face to face meetings with key stakeholders.
- Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
- Hold the relevant qualifications (e.g. Management qualification at HNC, NVQ, CITB SMSTS or IOSH equivalent
- Previous experience of a similar role
- Experience of managing at a senior level
