We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Hard Services Team based in Basingstoke. Within this role working among a great team, ensuring service delivery meets financial targets and operates within agreed budget.

Location: Basingstoke - this role will involve travel supporting onsite deliveries

Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Hard Services Team, supporting them in various areas.

Your day to day will include:

  • Overseeing the direction and management of operational business streams, ensuring good profitability and the delivery of business plans in a timely and efficient manner
  • Active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company strategy and driving profit targets
  • Developing effective client and partner relationships in order to identify and secure profitable work within the client base or scope of a contract to meet business growth targets
  • Providing significant contribution to the development of the business plan, its regular review and the growth of the business
  • Achieving high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to partnership development
What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Operations Manager is great for you if you:

  • Competency in the inner workings of commercial premises and able to articulate themselves well as the role is client facing to include regular face to face meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Hold the relevant qualifications (e.g. Management qualification at HNC, NVQ, CITB SMSTS or IOSH equivalent
  • Previous experience of a similar role
  • Experience of managing at a senior level
