Senior Project Architect job available in New York, joining a well-established architecture firm, focusing on healthcare projects. The position will cover all phases of design for a range of clients across the US, offering a salary of up to $140,000 plus hybrid working and benefits.

With a rich heritage within the architecture and design sector, our client has been established for over four decades and now operates with circa 125 staff across three offices throughout the USA. With a specialist focus on healthcare projects, this role will see you work alongside a team of creatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and be involved in projects across all phases of varying scales and complexities
  • Review/approval of code analysis, material selections, and specifications
  • Approval of construction documentation and management of BIM models
  • Liaise with clients and consultants, assist with business development
  • Coordination with project managers to suggest amendments, alterations, and ensure the accuracy of work plans.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Registered Architect
  • 15+ years of industry experience, 8+ within healthcare architectural projects
  • Strong Revit skills, plus experience with SketchUp and Photoshop
  • Proven project management experience
  • Client-facing skills.
