Roles and Requirement:

  • Lead daily cost reporting including commits approval and tracking
  • Lead monthly project forecast development and reporting and present financial updates to project/senior management
  • Enforcing project controls and driving process improvements
  • Influence cost reduction cash savings opportunities using financial analysis skills
  • Lead and consolidate project close and cost vs schedule submissions.
  • Drive cost reduction strategies and interfaces with local levels of management, customer finance and division finance.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies and the integrity of external and internal reporting.
  • Provide varying levels of advice and financial information to operational business groups or factories to drive the business decision-making process.
  • Support business by closing the books, analysing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization.
  • Provide information and counsel in the areas of controls/risk management, claims mitigation, budgeting and planning, pricing, cost, marketing strategies, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
  • Interpret information for and negotiates with clients and customers both internal and external to the organization.
  • Provide input to management including department heads, operational managers, other departments, and senior management.
  • Develop and model complex financials and make recommendations



Personal Requirements:

  • Have advanced skills within MS Excel expertise, Power BI, MS Teams, which is essential
  • Have qualifications in Construction, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Have 7-15 years' experience in a similar role
  • Have experience within Pharma, High Tech or Semi-Conductor projects
  • Thrive from working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Have key attention to detail skills
  • Are able to create and communicate trends and insights to project and senior management
