Senior Project Director Job in Bedfordshire

Senior Project Director required to join a growing workplace design & build firm based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. The role will see the successful candidate take the lead on projects, overseeing all aspects from concept to completion to ensure projects are deliver on time and in budget, whilst remaining aligned with our client's unique approach to workplace design. In return, the role is offering a salary of up to £100,000 + profit share + hybrid working.

This family-owned business has a talented team of designers, project managers, and support staff with a wealth of experience in the workplace sector. The business operates from three offices in the south and are currently a team of just over 30. The role will see you involved in the management of others and take the overall responsibility for projects of all sizes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To manage projects from initial client contact through to site implementation and handover
  • Manage and mentor a small team of designers, overseeing and advising on deliverables
  • Business development with new and existing clients, including client meetings and presentations
  • Oversee and ensure new projects are qualified correctly and maximise potential

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading and managing projects across all stages
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Able to manage and work across multiple projects at once
  • Business development experience and previous client-facing experience
  • Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle
