Contract: Permanent, Fulltime
Responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager you lead and oversee the successful delivery of high value, technically complex construction projects achieving operational and commercial goals through the effective management of project teams, internal and external stakeholders to execute project delivery strategy.
Your day to day will include:
· Provide leadership on assigned project, from tender stage through to delivery.
· Overseeing site teams to effectively manage performance against programme and budget under specific contract conditions.
· Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
· Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
· Timely and accurate reporting on progress to the client and stakeholders
· Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges that arise on projects.
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if have:
· Significant experience in leading on projects of significant value from pre construction to delivery
· Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes
· Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
· IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email as well as xxperience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
· SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid Cert
