Title: Project Manager - Infrastructure
Position: Permanent
Salary: £80 000
Location: Surrey
My client is a large developer and contractor in the South and are undertaking a major regeneration scheme in the Surrey area. This huge scheme involves large infrastructure works in a busy town centre including road improvements, landscaping, built infrastructure, bridges and utility services. My client would prefer someone with a strong infrastructure backgound but will also consider Project Managers with a with a build background with civil's experience due to the nature of the project.
The successful candidate must have:
- Relevant degree in Project management, building, or civil engineering
- Experience managing large infrastructure projects
- A strong project history
- Experience working for a main contractor/ developer
My client are willing to offer up to £80 000 which include 25 days holiday, Car allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Private healthcare and a competitive pension scheme.
