Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or several projects including the management of clients, consultants and stakeholders. You will advise the wider team on construction methodology, programming and staffing whilst assisting in the preparation of submission and presentation documentation. You will co-ordinate the teams on site to ensure a successful project delivery and ensure compliance of all relevant legislation including Health & Safety and Environment as well as company procedural requirements.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to promote the wellbeing of your teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved.


What do we need from you?

You will have proven experience in a similar role, delivering on healthcare, refurbishment, education, industrial and commercial retail projects. Also, you will have sound commercial awareness and be familiar with modern construction techniques, methods and building regulations.
