Senior Project Manager
Location: Southampton - projects within a 1-hour commute
Business area: Kier Construction - London, Southern and Strategic Projects
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week.

Kier Construction Southern are now looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to work on projects within a one-hour commute from our Southampton office. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure, public sector and more!
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager with our Southampton team, you will be working on educational, healthcare commercial and residential projects. Reporting into the Contracts Manager you will manage the delivery of projects to a high standard by budgeting and programming, meet company objectives post-contract and ensure the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the quality required by the client.
What do we need from you?
We will be looking for a good track record of running similar projects with a value up to £100m; for a minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering related discipline, and a project management qualification. If you are a respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, then we want you!
