An exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on our new residential development project. Within this role, you can enjoy working on exciting projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Location: Hackney, London

Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week


Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing the construction team through all phases of a project to meet the contract requirements, initially working on the PCSA stage of the project and then the onsite delivery stage.

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading on and appropriately allocating resources to achieve the outcome required

  • Actively engaging in all reporting and ensuring detailed / high quality records are kept

  • Considering the benefits of engaging other parts of Kier Group to enhance value for client and supporting all internal governance stages and gateway


Who are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if you:

  • Are competent in Microsoft Office & ASTA Project management software

  • Have proven experience in aSenior Project Manager position / Lead Construction position and building strong relationships with clients

  • Have an excellent track record in project management leadership, managing construction phases and DfMA / Offsite experience
