Roles and Responsibilities

Represent the client as Senior Project Manager, leading the delivery of Hyperscale Data Centre projects
Managing multiple projects on 'LIVE' operational sites
Management of multi-disciplinary project teams
Liaise directly with Client, creating, developing and maintaining key relationships
To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
Management and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover
Use your experience to provide innovative solutions for successful and efficient project delivery
Preparation of various programmes
Assist in the supply chain selection process
Management of General Contractor to ensure project programme is kept on schedule

Degree level qualification in relevant Construction or Engineering discipline
Proven experience in the delivery of Data Centre projects
Experience in the management of multi-disciplinary teams
5-10 years project management experience
Ideally holding experience working Client Side or for a Consultancy
Excellent client facing skills
German and/or French language skills are beneficial
