Your Role as Senior Project Manager:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide full lifecycle management for one or more commercial electrical projects, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership - Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects ($10M+), from preconstruction to completion
- Client & Business Development - Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Financial Oversight - Manage budgets, contracts, and financials to protect company interests while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Compliance & Safety - Ensure projects adhere to NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies
- Team & Strategy Management - Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategic planning
- Travel as Required to oversee project execution
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience on $10M+ projects, including mission-critical, ground-up, and remodeling
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master level) strongly preferred
- Strong vendor management, financial acumen, and contract negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software & communication tools
