  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, legal, and external consultants.
  • Interface with landowners, utilities, permitting agencies, and local stakeholders to secure required approvals and maintain positive relationships.
  • Lead risk management efforts, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance throughout all project phases.
  • Support contract negotiations and manage vendors, subcontractors, and construction partners.
  • Track project KPIs and prepare reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects from development through commissioning and handoff to operations.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous evolution of the company's project delivery approach.

? Experience Required:

  • 5-10+ years of project management experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or construction.
  • Proven track record delivering renewable energy, battery storage, thermal systems, or related infrastructure projects.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with permitting, interconnection, and compliance processes (ERCOT/PUCT experience a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
