A large Consultancy based near Marylebone are looking for an established Senior Project Manager with previous Consultancy experience to join their successful Project Management team.

The Senior Project Manager will offer support towards delivering new schemes across Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors.

The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join:

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a Consultancy with 20+ offices and 5,000+ employees across the UK and will be leading the delivery of Projects including New Builds, Refurbishment and CAT A/B Fit Outs within the Commercial, Residential and Industrial sector. The Senior Project Manager will be working on Contract Values ranging from £1m-£75m.

The Senior Project Manager role:

The Senior Project Manager will have prior experience supporting the delivery of high-value Schemes across a variety of Sectors. The Senior Project Manager will be a strong communicator enabling them to collaborate with the team and external parties throughout all stages of Project lifecycle ensuring that Projects are delivered to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading Projects simultaneously from Inception-Completion
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external parties throughout project lifecycles
  • Support Assistant and Project Managers resolve any challenges faced within Schemes
  • Report back to Project Directors and stakeholders with weekly updates
  • Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
  • Organising meetings with clients
  • Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards

Senior Project Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience working at a Construction Consultancy
  • Knowledge of Commercial, Residential and Industrial sector
  • MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
  • A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal
  • Experience of managing Schemes simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a large team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What would be offered:

  • £60,000-£70,000 per annum salary package
  • 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
  • Hybrid
  • Travel to site covered
  • 9% pension contribution
