A leading Construction Consultancy based near Notting Hill are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager with previous Consultancy experience and a reputation for running multiple Schemes from Inception-Completion.

The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join:

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a leading Consultancy with 20+ offices in the UK who are renowned for delivering superb Schemes within the Commercial, Residential, luxury Retail and Industrial sectors. The Senior Project Manager will be given the opportunity of running Schemes from Inception-Completion and will be providing support/mentor towards junior member of the Project Management team.

The Senior Project Manager role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects including new builds and refurbishments with contract values as high as £50m. The Senior Project Manager will be working alongside a Project Director, but will be responsible for offering support/mentorship to junior members of the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
  • Communicating with external parties such as Contractors and Sub-contractors
  • Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
  • Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate/Project Directors and major Stakeholders
  • Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
  • Facilitating meetings with clients
  • Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards

Senior Project Manager requirements:

  • Previous Consultancy experience
  • Relevant experience in Residential, Commercial, Luxury Retail or Industrial sector
  • APC support/mentorship
  • BSc/MSc in Project Management
  • Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
