A fantastic opportunity for a senior construction professional to deliver a major project for a blue-chip organization within the data centre industry, representing them from project development, through construction to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Represent the client in the delivery of a hyperscale Data Centre project to ensure smooth and successful delivery on time and budget
  • Implementation and monitoring of important project processes in cooperation with the customers with the aim of improving and correcting them
  • Taking an active leadership role on site, assessing work progress and ensuring safe working practices
  • Regular reporting to clients and internal client teams
  • Proactive Management of multi-disciplinary internal and external teams
  • To assist the project management partners in developing a pipeline of data centre opportunities
  • Take personal responsibility for complying with environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Data Centre project delivery
  • Ability to manage a project from inception to post completion with senior management support
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Certification in Project Management
  • Degree level qualification
  • Must be based in The Netherlands permanently or willingness to relocate
