Position: Senior Project Manager Contractor

Location: Dublin

Salary: €75k +

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a Top Tier contractor in Dublin. You will very much be your own boss in this position and have exposure to some of the nations largest upcoming builds.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience within the construction industry +10yrs
  • Management of 15+ site staff
  • Experience in General Contracting essential
  • Schedule progress updating
  • Progress reporting and Milestone projections
  • Site progress verification
  • Attending scheduled meetings
  • Liaising with client and subcontractors
  • Management of site staff across multiple projects
  • Completing contract review reports
