Location: UK-based Hybrid working, we are open to location and will support remote working. Some travel will be necessary to visit our Design Centres and projects

The Opportunity:
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced ductwork project manager or senior ductwork engineer looking to make a step up, to grow our self-delivery capabilities.
What will the role look like?
- The Project Manager will be technically and commercially responsible for the delivery of ventilation packages on medium to large sized building projects.
- Initially this will be a project-based role but is likely to grow to a role that oversees ductwork delivery on multiple projects as the business unit grows.
- Grow and develop the business internal self-delivery capacity and capabilities and input into our wider strategy for growth and associated business planning
- Develop our established supply chain of ventilation Suppliers and Sub-Contractors by assisting our procurement department in identifying and vetting potential supply chain partners and regular performance review of our supply chain.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Ideally you will have HND/HNC or NVQ in building services engineering or equivalent
- Hold relevant Health and safety qualification
- Applicants must have extensive knowledge and experience of DW144 Ductwork, and the associated processes and regulations.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven leadership skills/qualities
- Ability to manage, support and motivate a project team
