Senior Commercial Property Management Surveyor
Daniel Owen is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Commercial Property Management Surveyor to join our client's bespoke property management firm in East London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including service charges, landlord & tenant matters, health and safety compliance, and daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in London and throughout the UK.
- Manage the maintenance of properties through third-party contractors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the accounts team on service charges, rent invoicing, year-end reconciliations, and resolving financial queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years' experience in commercial property management.
- RICS qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in standard office IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
