Dove and Hawk are working with a multi branch independent agency who are on the look out for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in Central London. Dealing with high value and beautiful Central London period properties; they are looking for someone responsible who is a strong rapport builder with excellent organisational skills to help supervise the existing team and maintain high standards within the department.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Responding to maintenance issues and arranging for contractors to attend.
  • Building strong relationships with Landlords and tenants to ensure positive lines of communication.
  • Conducting regular inspections in line with agreed levels of service.
  • Dealing with insurance claims and more complex maintenance issues.
  • Costing and negotiating deposits.
  • Assisting and training junior members of the Property Management team.
  • Serving Section 21 notices and dealing with surrenders.
  • Dealing with serious tenancy and landlord related matters (e.g. instructing solicitors on behalf of a landlord).


Requirements of the role:

  • 5+ Years' experience in a Property Management role.
  • Experience in using Fixflo or a similar maintenance portal would be useful.
  • Experience with mid to high end properties.
  • Prior experience in supervising a team would be beneficial.
  • ARLA Qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
  • No driving licence is required for this role.

Salary Budgets: £38-40,000per Annum

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm (No weekend cover required).
