Senior Property Manager- South London- Mon- Fri- £40,000- £48,000
Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Salary: £40,000- £48,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. One day working from home after probation
My client, an award-winning real estate company that has been running for over 100 years are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team in South London, looking after a portfolio of properties totalling 500+ units that are a mix of AST and old rent tenancy for the same landlord.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Direct management of the property portfolio and the team
- Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
- Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
- Meeting and greeting new tenants
- Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
- Insurance claims
Must haves:
- Team management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- A keen problem solver and good under pressure
- Client facing
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Good to have but not essential:
- MARLA qualified
