Are you a skilled and ambitious proposals professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a talented lead to join our high-performing proposals team. As a senior proposals manager, you will play a vital role in securing some of the UK's largest building and infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the head of proposals and supported by our skilled and experienced in-house team, you will be lead across a number of concurrent pursuits, working closely with our bid leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) who form our bid teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality submission materials and presentations to effectively convey our value proposition
- Collaborate closely with the head of proposals, bid leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure successful execution of concurrent pursuits
- Use your expertise to craft compelling proposals that demonstrate the benefits and value we bring to our clients
Successful candidate profile:
- Proven experience in major project proposal/bid development and management, across public and private sectors
- Confident leading response ideation, workshops and reviews with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts
- Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple bids simultaneously, planning ahead to sustainably deliver on time
- Ability to co-ordinate specialists (writers, graphics, production) within our proposals team to produce compelling, compliant responses
- Can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve bid objectives and requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A natural flair for creativity and writing backed up by sector knowledge
- Skilled in providing feedback in a positive, supportive manner
This is a full-time, office-based role be based from either our Dartford or Manchester offices. We expect our senior proposals managers to work closely with our bid teams across all our locations, requiring some travel for collaboration time.
