Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our Cambridge team, you will be responsible for a team where you may need to support them with commercial and contractual advice. You will be ensuring cash flow is maximised, providing commercial input, ensuring the team exceeds KPI's, preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub-contractors. Not forgetting to assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management.
What do we need from you?
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mix-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.
We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience and have proven experience in a similar role.
