Job responsibilities?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with our Western & Wales team you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise cashflow and margin. You will also support the Project team with Commercial and Contractual expertise. Assess, review and mitigate Commercial and Contractual risks and implement Kier Groups policies for risk management. Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports. Value works executed by Sub-Contractors and certify interim and final payments.
What?do?we need from you??
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. You will have proven experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle and will be experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract. We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, have proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator.
