Key Responsibilities
To carry out all aspects of financial control of provider and managed works contracts, including value engineering, estimating, negotiating prices. You will also be identifying and agreeing the value of additional works, interim valuations, final accounts and produce/manage contractual documentation. Support and help lead the ongoing management of subcontractor accounts in partnership with the client. Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate and sufficient detail is provided in all task orders to subcontractors. Lead and support with third party scheme tenders and quotations. Manage third party debt recovery, improving cashflow in partnership with the finance team and other commercial staff.
What do we need from you?
- An industry relevant Degree or qualification
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Ability to analyse scheme financial data.
- Familiar with the NEC suite of contracts
- Well versed in subcontractor account management
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office knowledge
