We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Capital Projects Team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy Private Health Cover, Company car or Car allowance, Green Car Scheme and even more.



Location: Basingstoke / M4 Corridor - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent - Full Time- flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know




Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Capital Projects team, supporting them in the re cladding of high rise buildings.

Your day to day will include:

  • Commercially manage all aspects of either two stage or one stage opportunities
  • Managing the upstream Client account, effectively manage costs, drive profitability and manage risk in a safe, effective and ethical manner
  • Appointment of consultants and subcontractors; regular financial reporting; processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream and managing relationships with the Client and the appointed professional team


  • What are we looking for?

    This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of the VCR/CVR and overall QS processes
  • Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
