Kier Infrastructure - Major Projects are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on our Devonport Dockyard project.
Job Responsibilities
In this exciting Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you'll provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team and ensure payments are received on time. You'll also prepare monthly cost/value reports and produce commercial reports to analyse trends. You'll agree measurement of works with the client and subcontractors; and manage subcontractors ranging from enquiries, collating prices, tender comparisons, through to negotiation, order placement and agreement of account and payment.
What do we need from you?
A highly organised, degree educated individual who holds a valid UK driving license. You'll be RICS accredited with experience within a similar role. You'll also be proficient with MS Office, in particular Excel and have good time management and communication skills.
