We are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Utilities - Severn Trent Water / Yorkshire Water team to maintain a level of professional commercial support for the team with new contractual amendments.
Key Responsibilities
As the Quantity Surveyor it will be your responsibility ensure commercially, we are delivering accurately on the contract, liaising with the project teams, ensuing cash flow is maximised and timely evaluation of final quantities.
What do we need from you?
- Kier work for Severn Trent Water frameworks across the Midlands, utilising NEC3 & 4 options A, C & E forms of Contracts within the MIECA and Complex Civils areas.
- Over 5year frameworks with potential for extension.
