We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure services, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a high profile, high value scheme in the Neath area. The works will be let under NEC form of contract under an existing Framework for a key client. The role will allow for agile work with time split between site and home working.

Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you'll manage the commercial resources of the assigned project and provide commercial expertise to contracts including valuation submissions, budgets and workstream performance data. You'll also assess and mitigate against the commercial and contractual risks and implement our Kier Group policies for risk management. You'll be tasked with maximising cash flow through the relevant controls and valuation of work.
What do we need from you?
Ideally, you'll hold the relevant qualifications and have NEC3 or NEC4 framework experience, with experience from a similar role from a civil engineering background. You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
